Almost everything in our store can be returned within 60 days, no questions asked. This includes all standard products in new or gently used condition with their original packaging. There are a few exceptions, though they're pretty straightforward. Personalized or custom-made products made specifically for you can't be returned, since they can't be resold to another customer. Intimate apparel and certain personal care items can't be returned for hygiene reasons. And downloadable digital products, once accessed, are non-refundable. Making a return is easy and takes just a few minutes of your time. Here's how it works: first, contact our customer service team with your order number and let us know you'd like to return something. Next, we'll email you a pre-paid return shipping label along with simple instructions for packaging your return. Pack up the item securely in its original packaging (if available), attach the label, and drop it off or schedule a pickup. That's it. You're done. We take care of the rest.
Once your returned item arrives back at our warehouse, we'll inspect it quickly and process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund goes back to the same payment method you used to place your order — whether that's a credit card, debit card, or another payment option.
Keep in mind that after we issue the refund, it may take a little extra time for the money to show up in your account. This depends on your bank or payment provider, and it's out of our control. Most refunds appear within 3-7 business days of being issued, but some banks and international payment methods may take longer.
